Method: Makes four ten to twelve 45ml shot serves. Blend all the ingredients till smooth and refrigerate; at the time of service shake well with ice and serve in shot glasses frosted with chili and salt or powdered thyme and salt.
Notes: You can adjust the sweetness of the agave syrup according to its concentration.

120 ml Jose Cuervo - 1800 Silver
Half an avocado ripe but not too soft
60 ml Fresh squeezed lemon / lime juice
60 ml Fresh squeezed lemon / lime juice
80 ml Real - Blue Agave Nectar Natural Syrup
90 ml Water
