Glass: Flute
Method: Assemble the first three ingredients in a bar glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and garnish with spiral of orange peel and a flamed orange zest.
Notes: Cristal Rose Champagne NOTE: For a cheaper big spender, use Billecart Salmon Brut Rose or Korbel Brut Rose.
Amount Ingredient
25 ml Anejo Tequila
25 ml Clement - Creole Shrub
15 ml Mixed Berry Puree
60 ml Blood Orange Juice
top up with Louis Roederer - Cristal Rose 2007
