Glass: Martini / Cocktail
Garnish: Mint sprig
Method: Fill a boston shaker with ice and add a squeeze of fresh lime, 1 shot pressed apple juice, 1 shot Courvoisier VSOP Exclusiv, 1/2 shot BOLS creme de cassis. Shake ingredients together and strain into a chilled champagned saucer. Top up with chilled champagne.
