Lobster & Shellfish Wine Pairings

There are many different shellfish dishes where chardonnays and muscadets are often well suited to the delicate flavours of most dishes. As always however, there are exceptions, depending on the meat's flavour, and of course, any accompanying sauce needs to be taken in to consideration, so these pairings include more wines ranging from fragrant New Zealand sauvignon blancs through to the more steely chardonnay offerings of Chablis.
