Crab Wine Pairings

Crab
Notes: A good Riesling with its acidity and gentle citrus flavours goes very well with the tasty, ocean-fresh flavours of crab. If you're using a creamy or buttery dip, then a South African Chenin Blanc or Aussie Chardonnay would work well, and would not overpower the meat.
