Overproof Rum

Generally speaking, overproof rums are those with an alcohol content of greater than 57.5%, though most are bottled and labelled as '151', meaning an alcohol content of a eye-watering 75.5%.

The famous J Wray and Nephew OP is still the most consumed rum in Jamaica, though the rest of the world tend to use it, and other overproof rums either in cocktails or cooking.
