The spicy shiraz is aged in French and American oak barrels for 14months. The touch of viognier lifts the shiraz creating a velvety, juicy wine with a touch of apricot. Ben Riggs is known as the king of the Shiraz in McLaren Vale. Riggs takes it easy with the oak influence to produce wines that are generous, smooth and very enjoyable. The clever balance of oak and tons of fruit make this wine work so well.

Big and rich.

Ripe and juicy.

A co-fermentation of Shiraz with a touch of Viognier to fine tune a robust Shiraz to soften the edges and lift the palate, enhancing the baromatics of apricot and spice.

Serve with dark meat dishes, roasts and barbeques.
