Graves is the only Bordeaux region famous for both red and white wines. This white blend is predominantly made from Semillon with about 15% sauvignon to add fresh acidity and 5% Muscadelle for its floral quality. The gravelly terrain of this district adds minerality to compliment the full citrus zestiness. Matured in oak for 4 months.
Brilliant pale yellow in colour. The nose opens on elegant notes of white blossom and citrus fruit, especially yellow and pink grapefruit, with a mineral touch of flint. The attack is round and fruity, the mid-palate rich and substantial, extending into a remarkably mineral finish, typical of the Graves appellation.
