All meats and poultry. Pork is particularly good with this wine. All cheeses.
Soil: High terraces made up of glacial alluvium with many rounded pebbles, stones and gravels.
Harvest: Hand-harvesting at peak maturity.
Vinification: Our red Crozes-Hermitage "La Petite Ruche" is vinified in cement vats with 1 daily treading. Fermentation lasts from 10 to 12 days.
