Thedrinkshop.com Limited (“the Company”) was placed into Administration on 18 January 2023, with Adrian Paul Dante and Joanna Kim Rolls appointed as Joint Administrators. Adrian Paul Dante is licensed to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and Joanne Kim Rolls is licensed to act as Insolvency Practitioners in the UK by the Insolvency Practitioners Association. They are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics when carrying out all professional work relating to an insolvency appointment.

The affairs, business and property of the company are being managed by the Joint Administrators, who act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.

This white wine Chateauneuf du Pape "Tradition" is mainly made from a blending of Grenache blanc, clairette, roussanne and a few notes of bourboulenc.

An elegant wine of great complexity. Rich and floral with aromas of vines flowers and stewed peaches or pineapple and passion fruit. A mineral attack, gives way to a round mouth, smooth, with hints of peach, rose, sometimes both mixed (depending of the vintage) and a long finish.

They are to be drunk young as soon as the first year according to the year or for the amateurs of old wines after the third year and for four years.

Serve with scrambled eggs with truffles, grilled fish or sauce, tagine of fish, oysters au gratin, lobster.
