Colour: Clear with green and silver shades.
Aroma: Herbal with tones of cooked agave, olive, vanilla and a touch of butter.
Flavour: Well balanced notes of olive, agave and a hint of butter.
Finish: Full bodied and velvety smooth.
The process begins in the area of Jalicso, where a selection of 10 year old agave is cooked in ovens of stone to obtain the honey flavours that ferment naturally, and is then slowly distilled on two occasions and aged in oak barrels for a smooth flavour of the silver (plata) Gran Centenario.
