Key Information

Tanqueray has a new member to this international gin brand. Called Tanqueray No. 10, the small batch distillation product is crafted with hand-picked whole fruit botanicals and is distilled four times.

Described as "sublimely fresh with depth and a complex flavour with a mouth-feel that can only be described as unctuous", Tanqueray No. 10 is highlighted by flavours of grapefruit, orange and lime and mellowed by juniper and camomile.

Excellent product, superb flavour, good strength, goes well with lime and lemon, worth experimenting with different tonic waters tho - Fever Tree is nice with this for a very classy (and a bit expensive) sun-set drink.

Bought first bottle of this today. Great. Very smooth and potent - 47.5% ABV. Made a fantastic G&T with it. Schweppes tonic and slice of lemon. Now want to try it using other citrus garnishes - lime, grapefruit etc. But strongly recommended. This is a step up in the world of gin.

My personal favourite! I would never share it. If I would own the last bottle in the world, I would forget all my friends. But gladly Tanqueray provides it for everybody. Try it and you won´t regret it. A real discovery among gin.

The absolute king of gins, I got into this after quaffing a few in the Windows Bar in the Park Lane Hilton and its gorgeous. Previously I'd been a big fan of Bombay, and also liked the 'normal' Tanq for its smoother flavour. this is really another league though and worth every penny. It has a smoothness in taste that is way beyond every other gin, and its a very complex flavour, lots of fruit taste in it. I cant recommend it highly enough, don't be put off by the price either, its a tenner a throw in Park Lane !
