This Pinot Noir is made using the traditional Burgundy method and is made to be approachable throughout their lives - a useful philosophy for Burgundy-philes. It is fruit forward with lots of raspberry, cherry and blackcurrant notes.

Intense red ruby with some delicate violet aromas alongside some heartier, riper raspberry and strawberry fruit. The palate is fruit-forward with soft tannins and heaps of blackcurrant, liquorice and black cherry notes.

This wine is a Vin de Pays d'Oc meaning it is a Vin de Pays from the Languedoc region. It is made from the Pinot Noir grape and is quite light for a red wine. It is refreshingly soft and juicy and has flavours and aromas of raspberries and red cherries.
