Pastis 51 is the authentic pastis, combines its unique anise flavour infused with cool peppermint.

This classic brand from the South of France has always retained a contemporary touch. Created in 1951 when the ban on anise based aperitifs was lifted in France, Pernod 51 took the name Pastis 51 in 1954.
