White Heron’s signature British Cassis is made from succulent blackcurrants grown on the family’s Herefordshire estate for 140 years.
They don’t macerate (distil) fruit to create our liqueur as others do, often resulting in an overly sweet, artificial flavour. Instead, winemaking techniques which retain the intense natural characteristics of blackcurrants are used.
