The colour is a luminous pale gold. The mousse is delicate and fine.
The nose is elegant and complex. There are aromas of white flowers, apricot and mirabelle plums.
The palate has plenty of fresh citrus notes and lively acidity, some touches of spice and vanilla, rich brioche elements and a long lemony finish.
For a special occasion, this makes a notable aperitif, and with the fish course in particular – for shellfish in sauces and especially a simply-cooked white fish.
Store in the most stable environment available. Place in an ice bucket with ice and water for around 20 minutes before serving, best between 8-10 degrees C.
100% Chardonnay, with approximately 15% of reserve wines. About 15 crus of the Côte des Blancs and the Bassuet region, as well as some chardonnays from our vineyards in Cumières.
