Highclere Castle GinBorn of Nobility
Each small batch of handcrafted Highclere Castle Gin is made with a delicate balance of juniper, lime flower, orange peel and a touch of lavender.
In the heart of the rolling English countryside lies a castle so iconic that its mere silhouette conjures visions of aristocratic elegance. Highclere Castle is that castle, and now, using crops grown on the estate and refined over centuries of harvests, they have produced a gin so fabulously aligned with the castle and its grounds that its creation seems inevitable. Highclere Castle Gin is distilled for the discerning, for those who appreciate elegance, for those looking to embrace the subtle luxuries of refinement. This is gin in its most elevated and reassuringly elegant state.
The gin was created in partnership with the world-renowned master distiller Robert Dorsette of Langley Distillery in England. He collaborated on a recipe that includes lavender planted in the 9th century, by the Bishops of Winchester, orange peel and juniper from the hills surrounding the castle.
