This Kent grown delight, with its matt indigo colouring, peppers orchards and hedgerows with beautiful white blossom in April and fully ripe fruit late August through to September. Once prepared and bottled the damson liqueur puts it's feet up, gets comfortable and continues to develop and mature in its new glasshouse.
Made with London dry gin, it is recommended that the damson gin liqueur be consumed over ice, undiluted or mixed with some fizz.
Best stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. No additives or preservatives used. No allergens.
