Key Information

The nose is tangy and quite spirity. Water releases tender fruity notes of ripe pear. Hint of fresh oak.

The palate is very fruity, reminiscent of pear eau-de-vie. Juicy. Vanilla. Unexpectedly soft on the palate with a finish that quickly fades with a slight bitterness.
