MACCHU - PiscoPremium Peruvian Pisco
Macchu Pisco is a premium Peruvian Pisco distilled according to ancestral traditions dating back to the 17th century. It is produced in Ica, historically the cradle of Pisco production.
The most natural and sublime form of spirit, Macchu Pisco is distilled in copper pot stills in a non-continuous process in order to obtain just the heart of the distillate. Macchu Pisco is rested for three months so that the constituting elements mix well together.
Macchu Pisco is named after the fact that the first grapes to arrive in Peru from Spain were planted in the Cuzco region near the majestic Inca citadel Machu Picchu.
