Tasting notes, undiluted: Nose: Closed - mulled fruits and a hint of sherry wood. Palate: Smoke initially followed by fruit and spices.
With water: Nose: Sweet, toffee note with the sherry element still evident. Hint of peatiness. Palate: Smoky - charred oak, ripe/fermented fruits.
Body: Soft. Finish: Touch smoky. Cask type: Refill Sherry Hogsheads. Style: Lighter in style than Miltonduff - pleasant Speysider with sherry influence.
