Tasting notes, undiluted: Nose: Ripe fruits - red apples and bananas, sweet spicy aromas. Palate: Spicy with leafy/dry grass flavour. Aromatic, sweet - liquorice allsorts.
With water: Nose: Earthy, touch of peat smoke, some sweet, floral aromas develop. Palate: Dry grass with cedar wood flavours. Delicate fruity edge.
Body: Medium. Finish: Cigar Boxes. Cask type: Refill Bourbon Barrels. Style: A lighter Highland Malt, subtle smoky character.
