Tasting notes, undiluted: Nose: Sweet - butterscotch with delicate floral notes. Fruits - melon and mango, winey. Palate: Spicy - peppery with earth and moss notes. A touch of ozone with a perfumed element.
With water: Nose: Sweet vanilla with toasted oak and floral and green grass aromas. Palate: Floral with spices - liquorice, herbal with a slight oily element.
Body: Rich. Finish: Spicy - earthy. Cask Type: Refill Bourbon Barrels. Style: Lowland style with the extra dimension that the higher strength brings.
