Colour: Treacle brown.

Tasting notes, undiluted: Nose: Sweet, rich sherry with hints of fresh fruit salad - strawberries, melon and apple. Trace of oak with spices also evident. Palate: Sherrywood with some root ginger. Some peppery elements combine with a hint of bonfire ash.

With water: Nose: Sweet treacle toffees. Sherrywood aromas with rich fruit-cake notes and a hint of chocolate liqueurs. Palate: Drier with an oily smokiness. Resinous with hints of citrus peel. Rounding sherry flavours develop.

Body: Rich. Finish: Sherry with a hint of smoke. Cask Type: First Fill Sherry Hogsheads. Style: Strong sherry character with subtle fruit and spice elements. Add water with caution.
