Choice of food: ideal as an aperitif to do justice to its freshness, smoothness and elegance. Equally delicious with shellfish, fish or goat's cheese.
The Blanc de Blancs vintage is only produced in small quantities because it is created exclusively from a selection of the very finest crus from the Louis Roederer vineyard in the Cote des Blancs. To preserve its delicacy and freshness, this exquisite champagne undergoes no malolactic fermentation and the pressure inside the bottle is reduced to four atmospheres, instead of the usual six.
