Thedrinkshop.com Limited (“the Company”) was placed into Administration on 18 January 2023, with Adrian Paul Dante and Joanna Kim Rolls appointed as Joint Administrators. Adrian Paul Dante is licensed to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and Joanne Kim Rolls is licensed to act as Insolvency Practitioners in the UK by the Insolvency Practitioners Association. They are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics when carrying out all professional work relating to an insolvency appointment.

The affairs, business and property of the company are being managed by the Joint Administrators, who act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.

It possesses a deep ruby/purple colour, a smoky, chocolatey bouquet offering black and red fruits, a good underpinning of tannin, a broad palate, outstanding purity, and a fat, layered finish. This top-notch effort may be just as good as the 2000, but it is more evolved and forward. Anticipated maturity: 2005-2012. (89-91) Score: 91. - Robert Parker.

Bud thinning, double leaf thinning, 3 buch thinning, hand picking into small baskets and double sorting before and after de-stemmin.

30% fermented in wood vats. Cold maceration prior to fermentation - the grapes are chilled and covered with neutral gas.

Pigeage (punching the cap), rack and return, and wine is run off while still warm for malolactic fermentation on the lees in barrel.

100% new barrels from various cooperages (Tonnelleries: Boutes, Garonnaise, Seguin Moreau, Sylvain and Treuil), mixing of the lees using an automatic rotary system Oxoline.
