Key Information

This classic stout is officially Britain's Champion Bottle-Conditioned Beer, as selected by Roger Protz and the Guardian/CAMRA judging panel at the 2003 Great British Beer Festival - and a Silver Medallist in the 2003 World Beer Cup! CAMRA only judge 'live' real beers, and gave our Port Stout their inaugural Gold Award for 'real ale in a bottle'.

Most recently, in 2005, Original Port Stout won Gold at The Taste of the West Festival in the bottled ale category. Always nice to win on home ground. 2003 Brau Beviale Festival in Nuremberg - Gold for best bottled ale 2002 World Beer Cup (held in the United States) Silver medal for best bottled Irish style dry stout. 2001 Tuckers Maltings Festival Gold award for best bottled ale 2001 SIBA (South West) Tuckers Maltings Festival: Best Bottled Beer
