ISAKE - Premium RedPremium Sake
Grade: Premium Futsuu.
Taste: This unique red sake is made from an ancient and rare variety of red rice, which gives the particular colour and taste.
It has a nose of raspberry and plum; the body has a silky texture with a refreshing finish, aroma of macerated cherries and flowers.
Best served at 9 - 10 degrees C.
Rice Name: Asamurasaki, Gohyakumangoku.
Umami Level: 2.5.
Recommended Match: Like a light wine from Jura made from the Poulsard grape, it goes well with poultry, red fish dishes, on its own or with wild strawberries.
