Red Wine
Produced for a careful combination of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes, and a small percentage of Merlot and Tinitilla de Rota, this wine has aged for 9 months in French American oak barrels.
It has a deep-red cherry colour, with ruby and purple shades.
Fruity aromas, of ripe red berries, vanilla, spices and chocolate.
To the palate, it is round and robust, full-bodied and a sharp Mediterranean character.
It perfectly matches grilled meat, cold meats and matured cheese.
Best served between 16 and 18 degrees centigrade.
