Thedrinkshop.com Limited (“the Company”) was placed into Administration on 18 January 2023, with Adrian Paul Dante and Joanna Kim Rolls appointed as Joint Administrators. Adrian Paul Dante is licensed to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and Joanne Kim Rolls is licensed to act as Insolvency Practitioners in the UK by the Insolvency Practitioners Association. They are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics when carrying out all professional work relating to an insolvency appointment.

The affairs, business and property of the company are being managed by the Joint Administrators, who act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.

Colour: Garnet red.

Nose: Red fruit aromas, mainly Morello cherries.

Mouth: Aromas of red fruits (mainly morello cherries) and spices (liquorice, grey pepper).

Soil: The vineyards of the red Cotes du Rhone Belleruche covers 4 departments (Drome,Vaucluse, Gard and Ardeche) on different soils (clay and calcareous alluvial deposit terraces, clay?) giving to the Belleruche an extraordinary richness and complexity.

Harvesting: The grapes are harvested at good maturity.

Matching food with wines: This wine has a great structure with firm and silky tannins.

Vinification: Ageing is performed in vats with regular pumping over in order to clarify the wine.

Maturing: The wine is aged in vats to devellop a good expression of the fruits. It is assembled at the end of spring.
