The shape of the badge on the Laurent Perrier rose bottle, dates back from Henry V and is one of the rare Pink Champagnes obtained by maceration, which gives its remarkable flavour.

10 different crus originate from the most beautiful areas of Champagne; Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours sor Marne.

Maturation takes a minimum of four years and disgorgement is carried out manually.

100% Pinot Noir, salmon colour, frank and fresh on the nose with a large array of small red berries.

The fruit is dominant in the mouth with first impressions being very acidulous and frank and should be served at between 8-10 degrees and can accompany poultry, young cheeses and fruit desserts.

After tasting this rose champagne at a restaurant in London I was blown away. 6 of us drank 9 bottles that night and it was the most agreeable champagne I have ever drank. I have yet to find a person who doesnt like it. IMHO the best champagne out there.

Someone bought me a couple of bottles for my birthday and I have to say I was completely blown away. As soon as the bottle was opened I could notice a beautifully crisp aroma with a hint of Strawberries amongst many other berries. The taste reinforced what I had noticed on the nose - raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrants. The only problem was that the 2 bottles were gone all too quickly!! There are many Rose Champagnes out there that are a few pennies less per bottle however it is well worth paying that little bit extra.
