I tried this recently at a cocktail event with tonic and garnished with a sprig of rosemary or bruised basil leaves (you can apparently also use sage or an olive). The Gin Mare rep was using their own tonic which isn\'t yet on general sale (called 1724 or something like that) - it was absolutely spectacular. Half of the bars in the room were using Gin Mare for their drinks too - it\'s seriously good stuff.
