Hand picked, cleaned and packed, Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup are 100% natural and sustainably farmed in Australia.

These flowers have a sweet raspberry-rhubarb flavour and are crimson in colour. Made from only wild hibiscus flowers, cane cugar and water, the entire flower is edible and makes a stunning presentation in a glass of champagne or martini.

Also, the flowers and syrup are heat stable and will not change colour or texture when used in cooking applications. The possibilities for this item are endless!
