White plums and white mulberry with backing tropical overtones.
The taste is exuberant and rich, extracting mulberry and melon flavours with refreshing acidity.
Soft and plentiful body.
The palate is long and refreshing. Excellently expressed vinosity.
85% Mtsvane, 15% Chinuri.
Both varieties are purely unique and endemic to the Kartli region the hart of which is Mukhrani, Georgia. These two whites when co-fermented produce a delightful flavour, body and memorable taste.
This wine is best enjoyed with poultry and fish.
