Hand crafted to perfection by the Bowmore Distillery Manager and his team, this rare spirit has been nurtured in specially selected fine oak casks during its long maturation in their legendary No.1 Vaults - Scotland's oldest maturation warehouse.
From Atlantic storms to soft sea breezes, ancient peat to the finest oak casks, Mother Nature has helped shape this unique Single Malt.
Distilled in February 1982, this limited release of just 501 bottles has finally been awakened after 29 long years of quiet slumber.
On the nose - detect barley sugar and gentle peat smoked coupled with delicious Peach Melba ice-cream and vanilla pods.
Anticipate fresh lemon pepper on the palate followed by warm, earthy smokiness.
The sweet, fruity finish lingers on perfectly.
