This Pinotage is a medium bodied, juicy red wine with subtle flavours of mulberry and strawberry.
Enjoy as an aperitif, also perfect with red meats, game, pizza, spicy foods and even sushi dishes.
Pinotage 100%.
Reviewed by wine writer Tom Cannavan, wine-pages.com "An unoaked Pinotage from Linton Park's Paarl vineyards, this has a lifted cherry and wild strawberry nose, with pleasing touches of floral character and spice. On the palate it is fairly lean, but has a softness to the fruit, tannin and acidity that makes it very easy to drink. It stays quite crisp, with the sweetness of the fruit and the spicy component dominating the finish. Another very good example of this fruity yet not too ripe and over-bearing style. 85/100"
