Pale pink colour with complex nose of red fruits, peach and flowers.

The attack is ample, fruity and fresh.

The mouth is light with aromas all in finesse.

The grapes are put in press by gravity. After pressing, the must settle with low temperatures. After racking the wine-making takes place in stainless vat and the temperature of fermentation does not raise more than 18 degrees centigrade.
