Cream Liqueurs

This natural, wild fruit cream liqueur is produced using fresh cream and the unique fruit exracts from the Amarula tree.

Amarula cream is a smooth experience of pure and precious blend of natures fresh cream and the mysterious taste of the wild amarula fruit. The amarula tree, indigenous to the southern latidues of sub-equitorial Africa and known by the locals as the elephant tree as it is flavoured by the elephants for its fruit. The wild tree, never cultivated by man, bears its yellow fruit in profusion.

Amarula is made of natural ingredients and is best drunk neat and over ice.

On the nose, a very light aroma of the exotic Marula fruit makes its way through your nostrils, with the taste almost bursting as it hits your throat. A sweet tang to it, it covers your palate nicely and gives off a slow release of Marula that lasts. This is a perfect serve over ice, but wouldn’t look out-of-place in a coffee, a B52 or even in a fruity Martini.

I was given a bottle of Amarula when I was visiting in Equador - LOVED IT!

I prefer this delicious beverage several ways, and always served at room temperature. Mixed half with a cup of good, strong coffee is tasty. A couple of shots of Amarula with a shot of Chambord and/or a chocolate liqueur, is so decadently yummy! Of course, it's fabulous by itself.

I've only got a small mini bottle of this, and I don't want to drink it all because I love the taste, now I know I can get a 70cl bottle from here I'll be ordering some and drinking the mini bottle without worrying.

I love it, one of my absolute favourites. It's creamy and fruity, not too sweet. Staple product, I'd say. ;)
