Gold Rum

Bundaberg Rum is an Aussie icon: Australia's bestselling rum and the country's number one spirits brand. Think Oz, think Bundy - and its bear.

Bundy has been made in Bundaberg, Queensland, since 1888 but Bundy R Bear arrived only in 1961. First intended as a message that Bundy could ward off any winter chill, he is now the ultimate party animal, showing drinkers the Australian way to a good time.

Bundaberg is made from sugar cane grown in the heat of Northern Queensland and is aged for at least two years. Its robust, rich flavour pairs perfectly with cola or ginger ale. Just add ice and a squeeze of lime.

Neat it's an acquired taste. Couple it with ice cold cola and it makes the most refreshing drink I've ever had. If you go 'off brand' with your cola choice then expect better results than with Pepsi/Coke!

I've tried a few bottles of this and it has a very distinct flavour. If you've not tried it before, you should, but its not a sweet and sugary or dark and navy type either. Not one of my favourites but not a bad mixing rum. I would not drink this straight.

Well, I must say that I'm a Rum Lover but Bundarberg Rum is different from all the others. Taste is pretty similar to Havana Club 7 but a bit stronger. I found out this Rum while I was studying in Australia and since I came back 4 years ago I have to say that Bundy's still my fav Rum. Buy it whether you're a collector or a true Rum lover.

I must say this, Aaron Zall, sorry you do not know what your talking about. This is the BEST drink that has ever been invented, FORGET ALL OTHER RUMS, this is king. Just a shame that no one imports dark and stormy to England. As a native of Queensland, I miss it.
