The Hill & Valley Series honours the greatness of our growers' vineyards that have defined quality at Peter Lehmann Wines since our foundation in 1979.

Each vintage we keep certain parcels of fruit separate and release them as individual wines. We believe these wines to be a true expression of the varietal characters and unique terroir of the vineyards from which they are made.

This superb, full flavoured Shiraz is sourced from exceptional vineyards dotted throughout the ancient soils of the Barossa Valley, long acknowledged as the home of some of the world's great Shiraz. True to the Peter Lehmann style, it is robust and generous just like the man himself.

The great 2010 vintage has produced a wonderful example of Shiraz, showing flavours of plum and dark chocolate that have mellowed in oak hogsheads for 12 months prior to bottling. This wine will continue to develop well in the bottle over the next five years or so if carefully cellared.
