Maison-Jean Luc et Paul Aegerter
Jean-Luc Aegerter is a breath of fresh air; a Burgundian born and bred, but after working in and running some of the most reputable Champagne houses, he has returned home. He has some exceptional plots near Nuits-Saint-Georges which he cultivates with his son, Paul, to create the wines of Maison Jean-Luc Et Paul Aegerter. All the fruit is selected by Jean-Luc in the vineyards, tasting the grapes, and is then taken to his winery. Jean-Luc and Paul create a dynamic partnership, combining their experiences in fine wine making following centuries' old traditions and methods, with a modern enthusiasm for creativity. They have succeeded in breathing life into Burgundy and produce a range of wines that consistently impress.
