Castillo de Tomas
The Castillo de Tomas wines are made by Rafael Canizares at the Campo Reales co-operative in Castilla La Mancha.
This winery has about 1,000 hectares of vineyard split between 740 growers. The aim was to produce modern, accessible wines from native Spanish varietals.
The quality of the wines, a fresh, lively Verdejo and a pure, juicy Tempranillo, is a testament to their success. Both wines are smartly packaged under screwcap to retain their fresh fruit character.
