Valdivia`s vineyards are located on the chalky, Albariza soils of Jerez. Each Sherry represents a different style, but each is authentic and true to its class, from the savoury, fresh Manzanilla, through to the nuttier, complex style of the Amontillado. All are made from free-run juice to ensure the development of the Flor yeast which keeps the wines so clean and pure. They are aged for at least six years, well over the average for the region. At 15%, both the Fino and the Manzanilla benefit from still wine duty and packaged in 50cl bottles, they represent an extremely affordable option compared to some of the fortified wines on the market.
