Haras De Pirque
Haras de Pirque is the union of two passions in one place where the breeding of fine horses blood and production of fine wines will join, which now covers 600 hectares, amounting gently on its southern boundary along the slopes of a transverse cord of the Andes, in Pirque, Chile.
This sector piedmont in 1992 stands on three hundred acres of vineyards, primarily Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere, among the red varieties, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc and, among white, from which arise Premium wines and excellence.
Today enliven our exclusive, award-winning vineyard. In 1998 further added 20 additional acres of Syrah and Cabernet Franc.
Haras itself, whose name honors to be the oldest breeding fine horses blood Chile, Haras de Pirque founded as in 1892, develops so spotless, with three extensive pedigree stallions that are giving exceptional offspring.
This also results in its international recognition, being today Haras de Pirque a major supplier to nurseries and owners of South and North America, while maintaining about 30 products in the national competition.
