The history of Ouzo of Plomari Isidoros Arvanitis began in 1894 with the famous recipe of its creator. Isidoros Arvanitis, the persistent perfectionist from Plomari, combined the aromatic seeds and herbs of Lesvos and of course anis from Lisvori, which is considered the best in the world, as the dominant ingredient, to create a unique ouzo of exquisite quality, that maintains the same exceptional flavour and high quality until today.
