Persie gins are designed, distilled and bottled by Glenshee Craft Distillers, an artisan distillery on Persie Estate in highland Perthshire.
All the gins are made using grain-based spirit, a range of botanical elements sourced for their quality and consistency, as well as clear Glenshee highland water.
The brand's three distinctive gins took two years to develop. In spring 2014, distiller Simon Fairclough set up The Gin Club Scotland as the world's first touring gin tasting business, allowing him to discover just what people like (and don't like) in their gin.
With feedback from over 3,000 tasters across the UK, he knew that the three most popular gin profiles were fruity, savoury and sweet expressions - so he needed to make three very different gins to suit all palates.
