In 1840: Gustave Hamelin, an inhabitant of Montallerie, a hamlet of Beines, grew 2 hectares of vines alongside his mixed farm.
The know-how transmitted from generation to generation harmonizes ancient and technical traditions today. To keep the taste of the soil, to offer the maximum of generosity, of charm to our wines are the axes and the major obligations of our wines of Chablis. Keeping track of our vines and choosing the optimum timing of grape ripeness is a major concern. A thermoregulated vinification well controlled is required. A bottling, by our care, in the optimal moments where the wine expresses itself at best, it is our motto. Listening to our customers is our policy.
