Briottet SA. is a family business founded in 1836. Initially wine merchants, they later contributed to the development of the aperitif " Blanc Cassis ", the production began to include regional liqueurs and in particular Creme de Cassis de Dijon which now represents 60% of the sales.
Briottet SA. produce approximately 3500 hectolitres of liqueurs or base products. Their sole sector of activity is the traditional network: cafes, bars, hotels, restaurants, wholesalers, wine shops, delicatessen and specialised shops.
